Returns


Most items are printed to order, so it's important to take special care when selecting options and choosing the right size. We strongly recommend you use the Size Guide. Feel free to contact us for more information or advice before ordering, we're always happy to help!

We are unable to refund or replace orders if the address is entered incorrectly. Make sure to use the full, official address, with full postal/zip code, and check carefully for typos or errors.

After ordering, please check the order confirmation carefully for errors and contact us straight away if something is wrong.

If you need to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible. If order fulfillment hasn’t begun we’ll be able to cancel the order before it ships.

We do our best to ensure customer satisfaction and correct fulfillment of orders, however, if items are faulty or incorrect due to our error we will of course correct this at our expense.

Arranging a Refund or Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges for any reason but please notify us as soon as possible and within 14 days of delivery.

  • Please contact us before returning anything so we are able to provide the correct paperwork. Items that are returned without prior arrangement will not be able to be refunded or exchanged.
  • We are currently unable to refund either original or return shipping costs (unless we are at fault).
  • Handling and shipping times are a guideline only. Items that didn't arrive on time can only be returned at the buyer's expense. 
  • Buyers are responsible for returning the item(s) to our Head Office in the UK in their original condition and packaging.
  • We recommend using a tracked service or at least getting proof of postage. Returns that go missing in the mail without tracking or proof of postage will not be able to be refunded or exchanged. 

To arrange a refund or exchange please contact us either via email (hello@zealoapparel.com) or via our contact page.

In the case of our error or fault, we will be able to tell you whether you need to return the item(s) or whether photo evidence will suffice. If the item needs to be returned we will refund the shipping when we receive the item back, make sure to get a receipt showing the cost of the shipping in order to obtain a full refund. 

For all returns, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Failure to do so could result in a smaller or rejected refund, or a rejected exchange.

If returned, once your item is received it will be processed. This can take up to 14 business days. Once processed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refunds
If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Payments can take up to a week to appear on bank statements. 

Exchanges or Replacements
If approved, order fulfillment will begin on the new item. The handling and shipping times listed on the website for the item requested will apply.
Incorrect or faulty items can only be replaced by the original item ordered, in the same variants (including size).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we ask you to first check your statement again, then contact your bank or credit card/payment company; it may take some time before your refund shows on your statement.
