Returns


As items are currently made to order, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size or item ordered, so do take care when ordering. Pay close attention to details like sizing, color options, and your personal information, e.g. address. We strongly recommend you use the Size Guide.


We do our best to ensure customer satisfaction and correct fulfilment of orders, however, if items are faulty or incorrect due to our error we will of course correct this at our expense.


Refunds (if applicable)
To arrange a refund contact us either via the email on your packing slip or via our contact page.
We will be able to tell you whether you need to return the item(s) or whether photo evidence will suffice.
In the case of a return we will inform you of the appropriate returns address to use in your circumstances and location. Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this is the case and you need an exchange for the same item, simply let us know via email or our contact page.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we ask you first check your statement again, then contact your bank or credit card/payment company; it may take some time before your refund shows on your statement.
