Handling time varies by product – stocked items have a handling time of 1-3 business days, some items are printed to order and have a handling time of 2-7 business days; so it’s important to allow for this when ordering. (Handling time is noted in the shipping information on each individual product).
Shipping time is on top and varies depending on dispatch location and destination.
There are sometimes shipping upgrades available. If this is something you require, send us a quick message stating the entire delivery address and the items to be ordered so that we can find out your options as quickly as possible.
Most t-shirts and sweatshirts can be ordered in sizes S-3XL and some sweatshirts can be ordered in 4XL & 5XL. There may be an extra cost for some sizes if we are charged more by our manufacturer for them or if an otherwise stocked item has to be made to order.
A select range of loose-fit and slim-fitted products are available in XS, and some designs can be printed on one of these products on request. Style, material content, and prices vary so feel free to contact us for more information.
Some designs can also be printed on children’s and babies’ clothing.
Dispatch locations are noted in the shipping tab of individual product pages. If products from more than one location are ordered together they may be shipped separately.
Tracking is available on all orders shipped from one of our US locations to an address within the US.
Unfortunately, tracking is currently unavailable for any items shipped from the UK.
For items shipped internationally from the US or Latvia, standard shipping only provides tracking within the origin country. Once it leaves the country the tracking is not updated.
If you notice your tracking has been showing the same status for several days, don’t worry! The shipment is still making progress it’s just not showing up on the tracking. Shortly after leaving their origin country, international shipments will spend a couple of days being processed by Customs, before reaching their destination a few days later.
If it’s been over 2 weeks since your order was shipped and you still haven’t received it please contact us and we’ll get it found for you or send a replacement. Be sure to do this before 4 weeks from the latest estimated arrival date! (See “Is my order missing?” below).

Please report any missing orders within 4 weeks from the latest estimated arrival date. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements on missing orders reported after this time frame.
Please report any incorrect, partially missing/incomplete, or otherwise faulty orders within 14 business days of delivery in order to arrange replacement, refund, or exchange. Faulty orders reported after this time frame are ineligible for replacement, refund, or exchange.
