Handling time varies by product – stocked items have a handling time of 1-3 business days, some items are printed to order and have a handling time of 2-7 business days; so it’s important to allow for this when ordering. (Handling time is noted in the shipping information on each individual product).

Shipping time is on top and varies depending on dispatch location and destination. 

There are sometimes shipping upgrades available. If this is something you require, send us a quick message stating the entire delivery address and the items to be ordered so that we can find out your options as quickly as possible.

Size guides can be found on individual product pages under the Size Guide tab, as well as being listed here. Also feel free to contact us regarding sizing queries!  

Dispatch locations are noted in the shipping tab of individual product pages. If products from more than one location are ordered together they may be shipped separately. If where an order is shipped from is important to you, eg. for Customs reasons, please check with us before ordering so we can make certain your order gets shipped from the right place. 

Due to privacy and safety issues, most of our products are not referred to by their full name, inside or outside the package. They are named generically, eg. “Planet Pin”.

The only exceptions are items where the name (or part of the name) is included as part of the product design, and print-to-order items, which have the product name used on the invoice and Customs label. But this can be modified on request; please just add “no full product names” to the notes box at the checkout when ordering a printed item.

If you are sending an order to someone else, and would like the product name(s) added to the gift invoice to give the recipient more information about what they are receiving, just add “include product names” to your gift note.

If it’s been over 2 weeks since your order was shipped and you still haven’t received it please contact us and we’ll get it found for you or send a replacement. 

Please report any missing orders within 4 weeks from the latest estimated arrival date. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements on missing orders reported after this time frame.

Please report any incorrect, partially missing/incomplete, or otherwise faulty orders within 14 business days of delivery in order to arrange replacement, refund, or exchange. Faulty orders reported after this time may be ineligible for replacement, refund, or exchange.
